did anyone see the world series of poker lastnight?Gold is the luckiest poker player ive ever seen..... plus hes a douche, he promised havf his winnings to charity, and now is renigging... not sure how or when that court case is.

You could tell he's a douche from the show. Doesn't surprise me he's going back on it, but it doesn't surprise me he won either...he had twice as many chips as anyone else going into the final table.

Agree, I wanted the kid from Utah or whatever to win, i've never seen someone catch so many cards, and seen people make so many bad laydowns. o well..

Pretty much all my thoughts on the subject have been said. Anyone else watch all 12 hours worth? That early chip leader, I forget his name, but he was playing like absolute garbage. I was soo glad to see him get knocked out.
Anyway, I think I would have been pretty annoyed playing against Jamie Gold. With his constant talking about what he has, and him flipping over occasional cards while the hand was still going. I don't know why they didn't penalize him for some of those. Hope he loses in court. 6 mill will be plenty to take care of his dad and pay his bodyguards (lol).
