Heated Catalyst Efficiency Below Threshold

P0432: This is the only error code that the PCM is throwing. Oxygen Sensor or possible catalytic converter failure, if so, which side of the engine, both?

Need a bit of help here, I have the dreaded 2.7 with the timing chain replaced. Other problems is slight hesitation from complete stop to go. does not hesitate one bit when I hit gas while car is moving.

Dunno...sounds like i bought a lemon. I bought it about a month ago. Timing chain replaced, nothing but synthetic oil in it for roughly a year. No other complaints.
