Nor Cal Shops

So I am moving back to California from Oregon (I used to live in CA until about 20) and when I was back visiting my home area (Modesto, CA) I couldn't find a shop out there that sells anything. So I was wondering if any of you guys or girls out there know of any good shops in the Valley or the East Bay with good reps? Any 411 would be sweet thanks

Stay away from Vertex in Oakland and you'll be set. That is unless you like getting your car back in 2 months for a clutch job.

Holy shit!! I'm from Modesto!!! Well not really, I'm from Sonora, left for the Marines, back now and living in Ripon, but I go to Modesto everyday. There's three shops that I know of, but I give ALL my business to WestCoast Motorsports. I'll seriously never buy another part anywhere else. PM me and maybe we can check them out sometime.

Oh man that place sucked, we had to call him all the time and he finally decided to get off his ass and fix your car when he needed some money.

If you guys are into car audio, you should check out sounds unlimited in modesto, my homie from school buys all his shit there, and they are really professional about everything and have better prices than you would normally expect from an audio shop.
