Re: seek type

Does it change to something other than 'Rock' if you push it again?

Re: seek type

What year is your truck?
Type: Rock. is telling what the equalizer is telling you. if you have an 03 or higher and have the Bose system that option can not be changed.

Re: seek type

That there button is supposed to allow you to search through all the stations for that particular genre of music. Once you push that button, twist that dial/nob thing to the right to change the different genres. Then, when you get to the type you want, press the first button again and the radio will search for that type of music. I figured it out messin around with my new 04 so I'm assuming its the same in your. Good luck.

Re: seek type

You should be able to turn a knob and choose the type of music you want to seek. Rock, Classic..ect.

I have an 03 and the knob to change the seek type is on the left lower area on the radio.

All else fails just keep pushing buttons!

Mike
