Rough Start

Problem 2: My truck has always ran good. I recently had a hole in my gas tank so I had it replaced. Figured I'd put a new fuel pump, filter and sending unit in as well to avoid future problems/costs. Well, truck was starting fine for a while but it has slowly gotten worse at starting. What happens is when I start the truck in the morning it's seems like it's getting just enough gas to run so I give it more gas and it eventually runs fine and I never have a problem while driving only starting. It seems much worse when it gets cold outside. Anyone have any ideas? Low fuel pressure? Never had an issue until now. I did just buy the truck this summer so I have not driven it in cold weather conditions. I'm in Wisconsin so it's getting cold in the mornings. Thanks.
