Well...this was a wasted week.

Did you ever just sit back to reflect on how you are spending time, only to realize you haven't been spending any? Too bad we can't deposit time rather than waste it or something...I have been doing nothing over the past week. I come home from school at 12:45, call my girlfriend, and go to sleep until my mom gets home. Then I watch TV from like 4 to 7 when we eat...then watch more tv until 9...get a shower, talk to my girlfriend again, then go to sleep. I've only worked one day this week..I made $52..so my job is even beginning to be a waste...its a good thing I already got my passport and ticket, cause this would start to suck. Honestly...the only thing I have accomplished this week is thinking of a name for my girlfriend's genitals...you can imagine what our conversations consist of for the most part. I always feel like doing something, but I can't think of anything worth doing. I stay wound up all day, when I'm not sleeping, but im sitting on my ass. All my friends work most of the time. I do stuff with them when I can, but thats almost never. My best friend...he doesnt work but all he wants to do whenever he's around is stay on Myspace and bitch about how boring it is where we live...I guess its just a slump for now...well, enough of my bitching

whoa.... don't get me wrong.
it's just that something doesn't quite look right where the head would meet the neck. Could just be the hair that's making a strange looking frame that's causing the oddity.

in anycase, that thing about naming a girl's genitals is just wrong, especially, if it's the only thing of note that you claim to have done.
put it this way, I think i've had a pretty unproductive week in terms of work but then again, unproductive still means that i signed off two designs on some apartments and redesigned a house.

i was throwing the name thing out there for a little humor, i only did that after she came up with a name for my junk...so she started it. And what are you all saying about that pic? Here's the full sized one right here... I know I am a lazy son of a bitch, thats why I'm bitching. It has been raining like hell the past two weeks here. I just ran out of stuff to do...my car was broken down last week so that was keeping me occupied. I'll find other crap to do.

because I only have to go into the office twice a week.
all other time is spent doing work at home which usually means nothing gets done until too late..... which leads you to the answer.

Doesn't help that like all designers, work never really stops. It also doesn't help that it's getting to the colder/wetter season and as you can probably hear right now, it's beginning to rain. The office wants to clear out all open projects as soon as possible so that we can get them started before not much site work can be done. Once the drawings are out of the office, if the project is held up by weather, it's not our fault anymore.....

yeah, for me college is only two days a week.

i know a guy (Ken Grange, not sure if you've heard of him) we always said he'd arrange for me to look around the Pentagram design studios, never did it though. oh well, i have an A0 drawing board here (thank you ebay, £60!) so i do a fair amount of my own design work for models and stuff.
