Laguna Auto Petrol smell

I have only had this car a few weeks.
It is a 10 year old 2L Auto N reg 1996.

On start up it smells of petrol, I can see no big leaks.
IF I left the bonnet the smell seems to be coming from the rear of the engine.

But not sure.

Check your fuel pipe for leaks

I put this post up acouple of years ago, and yes it did turn out to be the fuel hoses
