idle control?

What are all the components of the idle circut. I've got a high idle problem on a 97 safari and can't find any vacuum leaks ,also reset IAC motor and have cleaned all carbon from throttle body .Any ideas????

Try cleaning the iac itself. If this is tbi, the tb base gasket is usually the culprit.
