is it legal?
my daughter got cought up with a guy that turned out to be a scammer and he talked her into putting both their names on a BMW and a new Chrysler, the dealership let her sign and she only has a beginners permit, is that legal, I thought you would have to be a licensed driver to sign papers, after the dealership found out it was a scam they want to prosecute her and she had no idea what that guy was up to.

yes unless she is under 18 a non licensed person can buy a car.
