91 22 RE spark knock problem

I have a 91 22 RE, I'm getting a lot of spark knock during acceleration, anyone had this problem and found a solution

Make sure intake is clean. Try a higher octane gas. When was the last tune-up?

the last tune up was a year ago..I checked the codes and found 13 and 43, code 13 is the distributor circuit/ ignitor so that maybe whats causing the spark knock
