need help on finding out about engine
I need help finding out what car a engine came out of by serial number can anyone help me or direct me to a sight to figure this out.... thank you

if you go to google and type in "chevy block casting numbers" just about evey site will list the block # telling you what engine it is, some even say the years produced and cars it was stuffed into.
