Power Lock problem. Probably easy to fix but don't know how.

2003 Odyssey. All power locks work fine except the one on the driver side sliding door. When either locking or unlocking the doors, all doors lock operate normally but the sliding door lock just does nothing. Have to lock or unlock manually. Before I start dismantling anything, does anyone have ideas of what could typically be faulty and what should I look into ? Is this a job that requires taking the vehicle to dealership ?

Does the warning buzzer sound when you're driving around? If so you may want to take a pencil eraser and clean the contact junctions on the doors and body. It may not be registering that the door is properly closed. If not, it probably needs the actuator replaced. Try the eraser trick before you spend any money. Hope this helps.
