2007 Focus ZX3 S CD Player Removal
2007 Ford Focus ZX3 S model, 5 Speed. The big bulky CD player has GOT to go...
 But,How do you do it?!  ANY help would be greatly appreciated. I'm trying to install a sound system in the car and I'm starting with a new CD player. I'm also curious if they even make the dash kit for the 2007. Figured I'de hop on here and get the forum involved before I start asking the dealership.

I figured it out. Very Easy!
For future reference for anyone else... Use a screwdriver or a razor blade wrapped in tape. Stick your tool in the top corner of the finish pannel around the cd-player. Pry it out until the clips pop out of place. Repeat on other top corner. Do the same on the sides toward the middle. Your cover should be off. There are four 7mm bolts holding the cd-player in place with brackets. Unscrew them and your cd-player is free.
