What kind of Intake should i get

I'm new to this stuff and i dont really know what to do

my car is a 98 civic ex

first question is this

I found out that my exhuast manifold is broken, should i replace it with another manifold or just go ahead and get headers. If so, what kind of headers are a good buy.

2nd, if i were to get intake, what type should i get and what brand, and what is the difference between cold air and V2?

Also, what is a good exhaust system.

also if anyone has any idea what is the hp gain for each of these

thanks

Honestly, if you add headers, an intake, and and exhaust, together you, maybe, MAYBE will get 7 hp at best. 4 or 5 hp is a better bet. This is all three COMBINED.

I'd suggest searching for 'exhaust' 'intake' and 'header' in this and other Honda forums for good brand recommendations.
