My friend has a 99 civic and the driver's side front turn signal light went out. How do I replace the bulb? Usually cars have 2 piece headlights and I pull the corner lens out, but these are 1 piece. Any help? Thanks.

Re: Changing turn signal light?
You need a flathead screwdriver.
Turn the steering wheel all the way to the left, and using the screwdriver pop open 2 or 3 small plastic 'rivets' in the wheel well by prying on the center circular part. Push back the wheelwell enough so that you can reach the turn signal bulb socket. Turn the socket, pull it out, and remove the bulb. Installation is reverse of removal. |
