Question Passkey Help

I have a 1999 LeSabre Limited with 137k. I had to go to my wife's work yesterday to disarm the factory alarm because the thing had been going on/off for over an hour. She said that the "SECURITY" light has been coming on intermittently while driving. The car has not given us any problems starting or running. Any suggestions?

Thanks!

Someone is trying to rob you.. Could be.. someone setting it off?..Saw this before.
Have someone sectetly watch it. Is there any transmitters nearby..

Dont know the circuit but maybe a door open.. trunk.. or just a loose wire..
I just thought Id inject.

Re: Passkey Help

The car was sitting in secured school bus lot, (my wife's a bus driver) also that wouldn't explain the security light coming on while she's driving.

Re: Passkey Help

My 1997 Lesabre has the same problem. If I lock the car the alarm will go off every time. I have to go "unlock" it and the alarm (horn) will stop, but shortly thereafter, it goes off again. I would like to know how to "disarm" it. Any suggestions anyone?
