Reverse gear lights

Hi, my 91 Caprice have another problem. Reverse gear lights does not swich on when shifting Reverse. And Im sure bulbs are all right. Where is the switch for reverse gear lights located? Is it in steering column or on transmission? Or somewhere else? Thank you for help.

It is the neutral safety switch on the top of the steering column, near the firewall.
