2001 Sunfire se fuel filter

Ok so i recently too my car in for an oil change, hated to do it but it was a bitch to do it and the mechanic told to i shoudl do my fuel filter 2, he quoted me 60 bucks, and id hate to do that 2 but is it hard to do in a sunfire 2.2l? where is it located and does it require me going under my car at all? cause if i can save a few bucks and do it myself, it would be better hehe.

Fuel filters are $10 - $20.00 depending on where you buy it.
It's located behind the gas tank on a rail underneath the trunk.
Takes about 10 minutes to change; bolts (15mm? and an adjustable wrench)on one end, squeeze fitting on the other end.
