Left Scratching My Head??????

I have a 2000 Silverado 2wd ext Cab SHort Bed this has the 4.3L V8. I have changed the Brake pads all the way around and have changed the rear shocksl. the Rotors are over 20 thousandths out of spec so they will need to be replaced too. The Front Shocks I know need to be replaced as they are factory originals at 94K miles.

At 45mph the truck feels like a tire is out of balance or round (bounces). I took it in yesterday and had all 4 tires balanced and an alignment done. once I did that it didnt improve the ride it made the bounce worse. Any Ideas on what this could be? Truck feels like a bouncing ball. if you tap the bakes it doesnt change it so I think that eleminates the Brake Job that I did...If you speed up it goes away and if you slow down to 40mph it goes away...

Mine I think I found out what it is by accident. It would seem that something has happened to the right rear brake caliper. the piston engages but doesnt release. it heats up the whole disk. When I bleed per the proceedure in the haynes manual I went out for a test trive and all seemed well until just before I got home. as I walked around the truck i felt the heat from the right rear only. Pulled the Tire off and the new pads were dead against the Rotor. not sure what to do as a shade tree. needs to go to the experts and quick...

Yep that was it. RIght rear caliper was bad. piston would press but not release so the pads were enganged from that point on. Heat would build up and brakes would pulsate causing a bouncing in the entire truck. New Caliper and a good Bleeding and all is well again.
