Spare parts...

If you need to change fore example the brakes on a skyline would you have to buy Nissan skyline parts or could you buy Nissan parts.

On my Audi S4 there are special brakepads for the front brakes and they are expensive. Rear brakes are what Audi A6 uses for front brakes much cheaper.
I mean, could you use brakes or fuelpump or what ever from an other Nissan car or is every single part on the Skyline just for the Skyline.

(i hope that someone understands what i´m trying to say here.....)

no u dont have to buy genuine nissan parts , in england , you can buy bluprint parts , which are copies, but some parts are out of the nissan parts bin ie 300zx calipers , are the same as gts , gtr uses brembo brakes , so brembo . i,m told the oil filter , if u look @ the part no , is used on many nissan models, but engine parts well there specific, 2 the rb series of engines
