This Is Basically Telling You That There Is A Short Somewhere In The Elctrical System. I Had The Same Problem On My 99 Tj, And I Ended Up Pulling The Entire Cluster Out, Only To Find That A Hair Had Gotten Into The Connectors Right Behind The Cluster, And I Had Grabbed Some Of The Connector Grease, And It Was Causing The Terminals To Cross. Remove The Hair. End Of Story. I Called The Dealer About This Problem First Though, And They Told Me It Would Be Around $200.00 To Look At It, And I Would Have To Leave The Tj There Probably About Three Days So They Can Check The Entire System....... ($200.00 To Remove A Hair!)
