I've replied to this type of topic a lot, but I don't mind, since all I wanted -when I was doing my reverse indi installation- was a good plan of attack before I go gutting my dashboard (literally, when it comes to the 5th gens) and screwing with wires. Anyways, here's a couple links that really helped me out.

http://www.andrews.edu/~johnsonm/howto/indiglos.html

http://web.tampabay.rr.com/aie/gauge...structions.htm

the second one is a little more detailed, but you don't have to bother with any of the glove box crap.

good luck.

-One thing to note, After I installed my reverse indiglo's, I realised that since my needles don't light up (the '94's rely on that overhead cluster bulb to light up the white needles against the stock black face) so the needles don't really show up agaist the indiglo faces at night. I don't know how you're set up, but take that into consideration

Well, I've gotten used to the dark needles against the gauge faces at night. I can still tell where the needles are just fine from their silhouette over the lighted numbers. If it's really a concern, you could consider darkening the lens over the lightbulb (you don't want the gauges TOO lit up overhead, that kinda defeats the point!) in the top of the cluster, and leave the bulbs in to still provide some light -you'll see what I'm talking about when you get there. I did some brainstorming at first into maybe coating the needles in something glow-in-the-dark/more light reactive, or somehow replacing them with ones that were clear (and would hence light up if a bulb was placed behind them, inside the cluster.) But a combination of cautious hesitation (I DID NOT want to have to deal with replacing an accidentally broken needle due to my tinkering,) and generally losing interest in the whole matter (I've gotten used to the dark needles, and now have no problem with them/desire to pull the whole damn dash apart again ) If one is REALLY determined though, there is probably something that can be done
