Yes that'll do.
First you hav to remove the air intake from the Throttle body(TB). And remove the air filter box if you need more room. The black recirculator tube needs loosend at least or removed, and the two hoses disconected from the bottom of the TB. If thiers a line on the back of the thermostat huosing, it'll need loosend as well. Its best to remove the exhaust crossover heat shield. Two 13mm bolts on the thermostat housing, the bottom one doesnt hav to be removed all the way. The top one does. Should pull up and off with the thermostat, sometimes it'll stick onto the motor but it'll pop out easily. Remember spring side in when replacing and make sure you hav a new gasket with the thermostat. Hope that helps !
