Does anyone know what program would be good to convert your music to mp3?

Audacity is pretty simple and straightforward if you're not doing anything too complicated.

All I want to do is convert my all my audio files to mp3 so they are all the same and not mixed matched. So a program that can maybe do multiple files at a time would be nice
