If i was you i wouldent, I would go to NER, STAR performance, or hahn racecraft and get a bolt on turbo for your car. this would be much easier than replacing your whole engine and Would cost much less

well it may not be easily, i'm sure putting a turbocharger on your engine will be much more than simply bolting it there. i dont know if an engine swap is simply pulling out the old engine and dropping in the new one since i dont know if the mounts will line up. if your from southeast pa i know a good shop that will do a motor swap for really cheap.

It depends on how massive a turbo system you would want to install, I know that Hahn Racecraft sells staged turbo upgrades, you don't even have to install an intercooler with the first couple stages, so putting in one of the bottem end turbo systems would be fairly easy compared to a straight up motor swap. Because you have to remember that the 4G63 powerplant out of the GS-T has a completely different ECU, different sensors, and different wiring and plumbing schematics, let alone if the engine would actually mount in the bay. So when you consider the sheer scope of converting to a turbo engine, simply installing a turbo system is the way to go money wise, and labor wise.

Peace

a 4g63 will not go in a n/t.and the money youll spend turboing your n/t could be money to put down on an eclipse turbo.
