cold start problems

hi all.i have a 96 f150 302 the problems is when i start my truck up in the mornings cool (around 60 degrrees) or especially wet days my truck will start but idles around 500 rpm just barely running if i let off the gas to quick or dont hold down the pedal a little bit when shifting into gear it dies.any ideas what could be wrong?thank you

could be a bad coolant sensor or the ISC went bad.
