Governor
hey i have a 03 BMW 325i and i was wondering if any of you all knew how to take out the governor because im sick of maxing out at 115. its killing me and i really dont wanna pay someone to do it. so if i could have some help it would be great!!

Reflashed or chipped PCM is the only way.

Wait one, are you sure 115 is top MPH. I have a 1990 325ic and it will blow past 120 on the way to who knows and it is stock.

The governor is on there for saftey reasons. Best to leave it there. Unless you have improved your cars saftey equipment it is not safe or rated to drive it over 115 MPH. The life you save may be your own. Why and where do you want to go over 115 MPH? MT
