lower control arm squeak

i just replaced the bushings in my lower control arms with black Energy Suspension poly bushings.

It was really hard to get the arm bolted back in place due to the size of the new bushings.

I finally got them in but the arm is very stiff now and if I move it up and down it squeaks.

Did I do something wrong? Is there a way to correct this or will it be ok once everything is put back together?

Thanks.

Re: lower control arm squeak

You need to grease the outside of the bushings really well to help avoid the squeak, also some squeaking has always been a problem with going with poly suspension bushings.
