My legs @#$%#(*^%#ING HURT!!!!

I tore myself up at the gym on leg night Wednesday. Now they are REALLY hurting If I site I am fine, but as soon as I get up....oh the pain. I've been hobbling around like I'm handicapped when I get up.

I feel like they got run over by a truck. I keep stretching them but it's not helping.

Hope you are feeling a bit better,Kat....next time you get the urge to go to the gym, stay home and give a recliner chair a few reps instead.....Massage works wonders...in your case I would reccomend a 6'4"Scandinavian blond called Sven,or something similar.

I know exactly how you feel Kat. I hope they are less sore now. Unfortunately for things like that it's only time that makes the pain go away.

I discovered my problem was siteing around too much LOL. Mad spelling skillz in effect can also cause other miscellaneous severe problems.

You should also go easy on the '@#$%#(*^%#ING' for a while, I'd say...

Ohh, ohh pick me! I feel the EXACT same Kat. On the weekend (skiing) had foot in ski boot wrenched 180 degrees from my knee and ripped some nasty ligaments in my ankle. Just about to go for my 3rd physio session and have missed 3 days of school (kinda bad when in final year and only have 3 weeks to go - ever and final exams soon). I am hobbling like a cripple too! I can totally sympathise. PM me if you want to share more about how much it sucks.

Damn Kat, I hope you feel better but please, please take my advice and take it easy for a while. I worked out too hard and felt muscle pain supposedly in my knees especially then went and played a softball game and ended up with a torn ACL. Long story short, after surgery, complications from surgery, a pulmonary embolism, and a minor cardiac arrest, I'm just learning how to walk again. Seriously, take it easy because I thought I just pulled a muscle too, Feel better
