Angry Z24 Engine light

its a 2002 z24 and the engine light comes on I know take it to a dealer or a grage but any clue why it would be on?

well nothing seems to be wrong it works fine so Im really not sure whats wrong other then the lite came on

go outside...yes right now....open your fuel door, take ur cap off, put it back on tight, start your car up, presto, lol... Other than that you could always put electrical tape over the light? lol

weird, i drove around without a gas cap for 4 months and my check engine light never came on, but i do know it does not shut off the instant the problem is fixed, if the gas cap was your problem, the light may shut itself off sometime tomorrow.... but he's not kidding, that could very well be your problem

Any car parts/car maintenance store/shop? I'm sure if you ask around a store or even a small repair shop they'll do it for you for free.
