Question Engine question

Hello!

I am wondering if some of you could help me with a question.

I have a Nissan Primera GT with the SR20DE engine FWD and I whant to put in the SR20DEt FWD engine.
I know I can find i in U12, U13 Bluebird SSS.
But my question is, is it the same engine in a Sentra (SR20DET)
In that case, what models of the Sentra?

Thank you for your time!
