exaust leak or loose clamp

well when i dirve my car and i go around 5000 rpm i hear this really lound noise, sounds like a vibration form the dash or under the car. could it be from the the manifold or could it be a hangerknocked off. i should take it to a mufffler shop but i was just seeing what u guys think if it is even that.

oh by the way its a 91 tsi fwd if some how that matters umm it sounds worse around 5000 but stays till i shift at 6500 or 7000
