access passlock wires
Hi,
I want to do myself to disable the darn passlock II on my 2001 impala, it has been giving me problem starting. I have got some schematic from web. But where are those wires located? under steering column? or around the keyhole assemebly? which cover pieces should I take off? please help. John

There is a pickup coil surrounding the ignition lock cylinder. The wires start from there, and end up at the PCM.
