Thumbs down Manifold or Headers

i just got a magnaflow exhaust put on my 1987 irocz 5.7L and in wounce on the hoist my mechanic found out that my passenger manifold if done in so my Question is should i buy a set of headers or a new manifold and how hard of a job is it to get the fuckers in there????

Well, if your going to take a manifold off, you might as well and do it right and replace it with headers. Longtubes are the way to go. Install isn't the easiest job but is definately manageable. A lift makes it a whole hell of a lot easier, but can be done on jackstands.
