Door opens to much

hey guys, well someone hit me a while back, so i replaced all of the passanger side. I just noticed on the molding on the door it was scratched so i thought it was from the hit. As it turns out its from the door opening to much. The door opens i think like 180 degrees. It opens and hits the front fender. Both the top and bottom hinge scrape over the little bump thats their to keep the door from opening all the way. Is their anyway to fix this? thanks

Re: Door opens to much

Did you use stock hinges? Look at the drivers side hinges. There should be some stops molded into them that engage a metal tab to prevent the door from swinging out too far.

They used the original hinges. The door stops slide past the truck bumps thats why it opens all the way. I'll try and get pics but i don't know how to post them here.
