Airbag Malfunction

Hi everybody,

I have a 1996 Metro and my horn doesn't work anymore. Also the light from the airbag stays on all the time. I've been searching and it seems that the clocksprings its not working.

Here in Costa Rica the Airbags Specialists are very expensive.
