2000 astro cargo missfires when cold.

I have a 2000 astro cargo.
It missfires when cold and when it gets hot runs just fine.
I'm thinking it must be coil , o2 sensor or injector.
Any of you guys had similar problem??

P0300 is a multiple, random misfore, not attributable to any single cylinder. That tends to point away from individual injectors, and toward an overall condition, such as low fuel pressure, spark scatter from a worn distributor or failing cap, vacuum leaks, etcetera. the PCM watches the oxygen sensor sfairly closely, and should set a code if the signal becomes too weak.

Funny that you are having this problem... I am having the exact same problem.. I have a 1997 LT model and this problem began about 2 weeks ago. My jalopy has about 115K on it and it has had a few repairs recently. New fuel pump and filter about 5k ago. New plugs, air filter, wires, cap, and rotor about 6k ago. And yesterday it got a new coil, which as it turns out is not the problem... I did not get a check engine light until two day ago, and had the same code P0300, random multiple misfire.. Random is right... The running and starting fuel pressure is about 58psi, and it hold that pressure for more than 10 minutes after shut off so I believe the pump, filter, and press reg are O.K. However I am notr ruling out a fuel problem.. The original dist cap had brass contacts and the new one has aluminum, has anyone had an issue with the aluminum ones? I think my next step may be a Throttle Position Sensor, or Idle Air Control..?? Or possibly examining the fuel distribution lines inside the intake... I have heard of folks having cracking or deterioration of the vinyl lines... Anybody have any ideas? I hope to get this taken car of this weekend so I can drive it without worring about breakdowns.. Well.. after lots of reading on the forum, which has been great, I discovered that I had a worn distributor cap. After the last tune-up, in which I installed an aluminum pinned distributor cap, I noticed a slight decrease in power over time.. Well turns out that the alu cap simply wasn't getting the job done.. I installed a Brass pinned dist cap and so far it runs like a new van... After examining the old cap I think there was definatly alot of spark scatter going on. Thanks for all the help from the forum... C
