Custom air intake.

I saw on cardomain that someone used flexible dryer hose that went from the bottom of the front bumper to the air intake with some type of end on the front of it to scoop the air. I was wodering if anyone has done this before because i cannot seem to find the person on cardomain to ask him or look at his pics to see how he did it. I was thinking on directly hooking the hose up to my stock air filter but was wondering if it would scoop snow or rain up in the hose to the air intake in the rain or winter and mess up my engine. Thanks any imput would be great.

Yea I saw that same page man, those guys are REAL enthusiasts, modifying mirrors.. making a SCOOP for a Lesabre. Impressive stuff.

I figured how he did it, nothing too complicated really, but alot of trouble to go through. Considering he had to actually cut out a small chunk of metal for the dryer tubing to fit.
