i feel terrible, i have a virus or something. i have back back and chest pain (especially when brething deeply or heavily) my throat is sour and i'm coughing constantly. my bodt temperature is all over the place, it's fluctuating wildly. i go from freezing cold to boiling hot very suddenly.

i'm currently freezing cold, i'm wearing a long-sleeve T-shirt, hoodie and my massive ski jacket (made for 6'4" guys that weight 300lb) and i'm not getting warmer, i keep shivering because i'm so cold.

i can't sleep easily because i go from boiling hot, when i need to be on top the covers, to freezing cold where i need to put jogging pants, socks and a hoodie on. and it keeps fluctuating.

it did it all day, i was constantly taking my jacket off, then putting it back on.

i feel so lousy...

take some nyquil, get plenty of rest and drink a lot of lemonade. you need fluids, and lemonade has helpful electrolytes. make sure you sleep a lot, but take nyquil every 4 hours.
The cold is because your body temperature is rising. I get very cold, too, when i have fevers. I usually never get a fever, but when i do, my body temp shoots to 103 to 104. the highest i've had was 104.8, i was shivering uncontrollably, half asleep, delirious, and very incoherent. if you get to 103 or above, i'd recomend checking into the ER.

also, if you're reading this now, you shouldn't be. get ur ass back in bed.

i've had problems with incredibly high temperatures before. when i was younger i was in intensive care, surrounded by a dozen or so fans. my body temperature got so hot i melted the daiper.

^that's... strange. you mean the glue on the straps? i think the human body can only go up to 106 F before biomolecules start to denature, resulting in permanent damage to the body, or death.

i don't know the details, i've been told that it actually melted the daiper, i was only a few years old at the time.

if you're going to the bathroom a lot, make sure you don't become dehydrated. also... call a damn doctor, and go back to bed.
