Questions about air compressors
I have acquired an air compressor. the motor is shot. It is a 32 gallon vertical tank. I want to know if you can interchange compressor motors. I want to put one on there that will run an HVLP gun. I have seen compressor pumps for sale at Northern Tool. Any insight on this subject would help out lots.

you should be able to contact the manuifacturer and get a replacement. if it's just the motor it shouldn't be too costly. but if it's the air compressor unit that's done for expect to pay up to 90% of the price of the entire compressor.
