does anyone know if a h22 will fit into a 1990 Crx hf?

if a h22a can fit in a 90 CRX

I don't think the bay is big enough for a H22A. But I could be wrong. I have a friend with a CRX and for more torque he put in a CRV block with type R hearders. His car is sick!

Yes it will fit but alot of modding to make it fit. Check out SCC august 2001 issue page 164. I've seen one at the track in person so it's possible with enough money.
