winter tires and rims

well soon its gonna start snowing and all... and, id like to know if my old 14" rims and, tires(94 cavy z22) would fit my new 2002 z24.... ?? its only for 4 months. Do you think they'll fit guys... buying new ones right now would be a nightmare.. I dont have much money left ..

Yes but correct me if I'm wrong but aren't all cavy rims 5x100?? So yes any other cavy rim from '89 on would work.

it's 5x100, I just bought rims last week and when I asked on the bolt pattern he said I have a Cavy so it's 5x100 and they'll fit perfect...It was actually dumb of me to buy rims now...I guess I'll get them just in time to put them up for the winter eh? Nah I'll put winter tires back on in November and take them off in March.

should i get new rims for winter and tires, cuz right now i am riding on my 16" chrome rims with low profile directional tires. the only thing im worried about is the salt corroding sp* my rims but traction should not be a big deal as long as i dont floor it right? this is my first winter with this car so i have now clue how it is going to go

you can always put grease all over your rims to protect them....
