looking a 97

hey all
im looking at a 97 concorde, 69k miles. awesome shape asking 4995$. anything i should look for that are common problems? the car is in mint condition and has the basic options pw pl tilt cruise , has bench seat w/ rest and keyless entry and the digital climate control. at about 45mph the steering whell sways a bit and rides a bit rough but about 55 it quits, im pretty sure its the tires, like a broken belt they look pretty shot.
any input would be appreicaited

I've got a 97 LXi with over 120K. Only real problem has been a fuel rail leak. Lots of labor $$. Of course you will need to do timing belt, and thats lots of hours labor too....... unless you are super handyman.
