I Have A 91bravada And The Upper Radiator Hose Went Bad, The Casing Around The Hose That Goes Into The Engine Block Rusted Off And Broke, I Was Wondering What Do I Need To Buy, Like The Name Of The Adapter That Goes To The Engine Block. Or Direct Me In The Right Direction.?

Re: 91 Bravada Upper Radiator Hose

Alllright!!! 1991, the first year of our beloved Bravada's!!!
Welcome to the site Aturnbill.
The device you refer to is called a thermostat housing. Call your favorite auto parts store for a replacement. They'll need to know if yours is a TBI motor or a CPI motor. If it has a round air cleaner filter, it's a TBI motor.
If the air filter is square, it's a CPI motor.

Re: 91 Bravada Upper Radiator Hose

Yep, sounds like the the thermostat housing alright. change the thermostat too while you have it off. also it's always a good idea to change both of the hoses and the radiator cap at the same time, and be sure to get new hose clamps too.

if you get the screw type clamps watch out how you place them. the Bravada i bought i got cheap because it was going thru belts and had one break on the test drive. turned out the tail coming out of the bottom hose clamp was rubbing against the belt.
