lanos problems r reg bunny hopping not turning over properly

Hi, i'm new to the forums i'm posting on behalf of a friend of mine so the details are a bit sketchy, also as she's a girl..

apparently her car has started bunny hopping and having problems turning over?

her dad checked the car out had a look at all the levels which were ok, had a look at the spark plugs and then it got a bit worse, just wondering what might be causing these problems??

could it be it needs a new set of plugs? or does it sound like something else?
