Breather Filter & PCV valve

I'm working on an '84 Camaro Berlinetta, with a 2.8L V-6 engine. I need to replace both the breather filter and the PCV valve. The problem I have is that the parts book that the local parts store has, does not show what type of breather filter, or PCV valve are suitable for the 84. They show the PCV valve for the 85, which i'm hopeing can be used on the 84, but nothing for the correct type of breather filter. I never got the manual for the car as it had been lost years before i bought it.

Would anyone know which ones would be the correct ones to use. I am through with talking to the parts people because everytime i go there or call for assistance, i always get some kid who has no idea what i'm asking for and everyone else is always "away from the desk"

Re: Breather Filter & PCV valve

Have youtried Napa or Autozone online?

I prefer that method of parts lookup that way I can only blame myself for getting the wrong parts
