All I can think of is you aren't getting them fully seated in the hub, and are touquing them down in a bind, or you are allowing the inner joint to fall apart when installing...they have to be kept in compression or the balls will fall out of place...

Where are they breaking at?

So it shears the inner joint when it breaks? Does the car move at all, or it breaks right away when you try to drive?

first when I drive the ABS light comes on just on that alone I know the axles must not be in right then a mile or two later it I guess something make it break the joint near the trans

Well it would seem the ABS light is trying to tell you that you have a discrepancy in wheel speeds in front (unless you damaged the sensor somehow during this)...if that's the case, I'd think you gotta feel it binding or hear that wheel cutting rubber.

After installing, you try spinning the wheel/shaft in nuetral and see if it's free turning? If not, try turning it with the shaft out, make sure you don't have a destroyed hub bearing that's not turning or something...I don't know, this is kinda baffling...I had a customer once who had tried replacing the axles in his CRX a couple of times and broke them, turned out they were giving him the wrong axle for one side....
