Silverado Engine Swap?
I was wondering how much trouble it would be to swap out the 3.4 in my 2007 Silverado with either a 4.8 or 5.3?? would the wiring all work or would It just be too much trouble.... I have a friend who can get me a LS1 for cheap and I was also considering putting it in and just going carbeurated.
Thanks |

Re: Silverado Engine Swap?
big trouble imo.a 6 to 8 cylinder swap is bad enough.its cheaper to buy one with a v8.but then to install an LS1 that really doesnt belong there nd then make it carbureted is most likely not worth the trouble.
