Headlight problems!

Hi, I have a 2000 Eclipse and when I turn on my headlights they are really really dim so you can't see them well. But when i turn on my brights only one of them light up. I've changed the bulbs and the fuses and still nothing... Any other suggestions?

yup, i agree or you have a short somewhere. have you messed with anything electronically since you have had the car?
