Evaporative System Monitor????

I had some problems with my blazer. I seemed to have fixed them by replacing the o2 sensors. I have an obd2 reader and by using this as a guide I have managed to almost fix it. My problem now is that now when I scan the comp it shows no codes (the good news) BUT it shows the the Evaporative System Monitor icon flashes and the yellow light on the reader goes off. What does this mean???

It may mean the EVAP tests from mode 6 haven't run. It takes some specific conditions to run...ie fuel level, fuel temp, fuel tank pressure etc. The test flag is reset every time you reset the MIL.

On my scanner any non-continous test that haven't run yet will be highlighted in yellow to alert you that the vehicle is not ready for emissions testing.

Re: Evaporative System Monitor????

Well its seem to have been fixed. I was reading the thread about reseting the computer. I relised I did all the steps but one thing and that was to let it idle for a few minutes. I let it idle under load for 5 min and then drove it. WOW it ran so smooth. Re scanned it and GREEN light and no error codes. YAY I like my blazer again. LOL I drov eit for about 150km now and still all good. Thanks for you input anyways.
